Thank you so much Lukas for fixing our wasp problem!! We had a wasp nest in the wheel well of our car and other attempts we made didn’t work to remove them but Lukas had them sprayed and dead within minutes. Such a great company!!! Totally recommend.

Just started working with this group and really wish we found them over the spring. They travel to Calgary and we are in the Seton area so kudos for making the trip. But the biggest reason I wish I found this group is a perfect storm. We had three skunks used a company near our house they did partial work then vanished never to pick up their phone again. Then every other local Skunk removal company charged an absurd amount for the job. So needless to say the third skunk stuck around. Well it had kids and now we have 5 skunks that need to be removed. This group charge very fair pricing and are great to deal with. Absolutely hire this group for your next job.

These guys are just great , finally a summer with no mosquitos , flies, spiders. We had problems with ants in our grass and flower beds as well as the house, nothing all summer long. I had an ant problem pop up last week, I emailed them innovative pest solutions, and they came and did an application quickly.

Prompt service. We had an underground wasp nest in our backyard that had grown to be considerable in size. Not easy to get to, I tried the foams, and sprays, to no avail. We weren’t able to enjoy our backyard and deck with wasps being everywhere. Within a couple of days of calling, Innovative came out and destroyed/smoked out the nest. Wasps were gone that day. PROFESSIONAL, TIMELY AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT
I came home from work put some groceries away and headed upstairs to my room to get a towel and a change of clothes for a shower like I always do.
Before I go any further, I’ll let it be known that I am a 6 foot 200 pound grown male, who can take a hockey puck to the face , climb 50 foot ladders and drink beer with some wild people in the roughest parts of the city.
Anyways back to the story.
I open my door and a massive oversized rat with wings is soaring through the air with its teeth showing and i screamed like a child slammed the door and ran out to my truck!
I called every number Google listed for 24hr service , and Nick from Innovative Pest Solutions answered .
Nick was very professional and came right away.
At first the Bat alluded us, but eventually it showed face and Nick wrestled it the ground pinned him down and forced the Bat to tap out TKO!
Nick then released the beast back to the wild .
Ill probably sleep on the couch still for a few days .

In helping a family member, I had the pleasure of speaking with Nick. Nick answered all the calls and the questions I had. During one call, he went so far as to pull his vehicle over, right there and then, to check on an appointment to let us know if services had been rendered yet, as I wasn’t at the location. What happens during a pest control inspection?

This process follows Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles, which require identifying the problem before selecting a treatment approach. The goal is not just to treat what’s visible, but to understand why the issue is occurring so it can be addressed effectively and responsibly.
Do I need an inspection before treatment?
Not always. In some cases, pest problems are obvious and there is already clear evidence that allows treatment to begin right away. Even in those situations, an inspection is still performed as part of the service to confirm the scope of the issue and identify whether additional steps—such as follow-up treatments, exclusion, or monitoring—may be required. Skipping the inspection entirely often leads to incomplete results, which is why we still treat inspection as a critical part of the process.
How long does a typical service visit take?
Most service visits take approximately 30 minutes, though this can vary depending on the pest, the size of the space, and the level of activity present. Initial visits may take slightly longer if inspection, treatment, and setup are all required. Follow-up visits are often shorter and more focused, as they are used to assess progress, re-treat specific areas if needed, and confirm that the issue is resolving as expected.
Do I need to leave my home during treatment?
In most cases, no. Many pest control treatments do not require occupants to leave the home. However, certain pests or treatment methods may involve a temporary re-entry period for safety reasons. If a re-entry period is required, we will clearly explain what is needed, how long it lasts, and when it is safe to return. We prioritize treatments that are effective while minimizing disruption whenever possible.
How soon can I expect to see results?
Results depend on the type of pest and the treatment method used. In many cases, results are not immediate, as modern pest control focuses on long-term control rather than instant knockdown. Our approach is to set realistic expectations and then exceed them, rather than promising immediate results that aren’t achievable. Some pests may show reduced activity quickly, while others take time as treatments interrupt breeding cycles and hidden populations.
How many visits are usually required to resolve an issue?
The number of visits depends entirely on the pest involved. Issues such as cockroaches, mice, and bed bugs typically require a minimum of two visits—one initial treatment and at least one follow-up. The follow-up visit may involve additional treatment or simply an inspection to confirm that the issue has been resolved. In more complex cases, further visits may be needed, especially if activity levels were high or conditions were not ideal during the first service.
